The Abrupt Realization is a Collectible in Phantom & Crimson Solitaire.
Description
- All friendly units have -3 DP Cost and gain +5% ATK, DEF, and Max HP. The adventure will head towards a different ending
- The Witch King's followers have given everything for the arts. Their flesh, their blood, their beliefs, and their souls.
Effect[]
Increases the maximum HP, ATK, and DEF of friendly units by 5%, and reduces their DP cost by 3.

When the player have the Abrupt Realization, clearing the 5th floor will cause the player to enter the 6th floor instead of completing the run with Twisted Every Way as the Dreadful Foe, which will complete the run with the Grand Opening ending when cleared.
Acquisition[]
- SPOILER
The Abrupt Realization may be obtained from the "A Gathering of Followers" Encounter, which will only appear when the player have the 
Mantle of the Wrongly Condemned and 
Stand-in Actor.
Since the "Attending a Banquet" Encounter where the Mantle of the Wrongly Condemned is obtained (which itself is needed to obtain the Stand-in Actor) will only appear in the following runs after the player had completed a run with the Ridiculous Comedy ending, it is impossible to obtain the Abrupt Realization before then.

- The staff's design bears resemblance to the Eye of Sauron in Lord of the Rings.
