Aketon is an upgrade material in Arknights.

Description

A modest amount of industrial organic compound. Can be used for a variety of upgrades and for production in the Factory.

A modest amount of Aketon preparation produced through further dehydrocarbon processing. The preparation reacts with the non-oxygen molecules in the air, so Engineer Operators must be careful during processing to avoid waste.

Usage

The third of the Keton-type upgrade materials, this chemical compound derived from Polyketon are used for Operator advanced skill upgrades and Mastery training, and the Elite 2 promotion of 4★ and 5★ Operators.

• Up to 15 Aketons can be purchased at the second tier of the Commendations Store for 35  each.
• Two Aketons are available at the Headhunting Parametric Model Store for 45 .

As seen on the table above, the best operation to farm Aketon is JT8-3 (3-1 if JT8-3 is too hard for the player or Episode 08 aren't accessible yet) if one only needs them, or either 4-5 or 5-8 if one needs them to process  Keton Colloid due to it being a special drop there.
