The Apostle of Withering is an elite enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Episode 12.
Description
- An organic creation of the Nachzehrer King's Originium Arts that can extract the essence of the deceased in the battlefield to create Seeds of Withering.
- Periodically summons several Seeds of Withering

A Nachzehrern "UAV" that converts the deceased into Seeds of Withering to spread even more death on the battlefield, Apostles of Withering have sheer HP for a Drone enemy, but lacking in defenses and do not attack on their own, instead spawning three Seeds of Withering (which are excluded from the enemy counter) around them every 10 seconds from when they spawns. As such, one should focus on the Apostles lest the spawned Seeds eventually overwhelm the Operators.
