Shura Olav is an Ursine raised by a boxing coach who sees her potential as a fistfighter. To fund her guardian's medical fees, Shura participated in an underground boxing ring on Chernobog and almost become the champion, had she not contracted Oripathy which is later revealed to be done by her would-be opponent Yevgeny and the Reunion uprising caused the scene to break up. Shura initially worked as a bodyguard for Rhodes Island and after encountering Yevgeny by accident and settled the score with him, formally joined R.I. under the codename "Beehunter", taking the fight towards anyone who opposes her with her swift and true hooks and jabs.
Gameplay[]
Beehunter is a 4★ Fighter Guard who specializes in DPS. What defines Beehunter as a Fighter Guard is her very low attack interval of ~0.8 seconds and low DP cost of 7 (9 from Elite 1), which makes her excel in dueling enemies with low DEF and can be easily deployed in the early game. Due to the way damage calculation works in Arknights, however, Beehunter can only scratch enemies with high DEF especially since her ATK is on the lower spectrum to offset the aforementioned quirk. Defensively, Beehunter can only block a single enemy and has lower HP but higher DEF than Dreadnought Guards.
Beehunter's skills allow her to take on her enemies in a one-on-one fight and comes out on top:
- The first skill, Flexibility, passively gives Beehunter a chance to dodge Physical attacks. With a good dodge rate at higher levels, Flexibility ensures that Beehunter lasts long enough to beat her enemies, particularly hard-hitting ones.
- The second skill, Soaring Fists, greatly reduces Beehunter's attack interval while active. Soaring Fists further increases Beehunter's already high attack rate which is very effective when combined with ATK buffs and/or DEF debuffs, and allows her to take on stronger enemies.
Beehunter's talent, Boxer's Concentration, slightly increases her ATK in each attack against one enemy which stacks up to 5 times and will be reset when Beehunter attacks another enemy. The ATK buff may be modest, but it can be useful to improve her DPS against one target and synergizes well with Soaring Fists.
Beehunter's first base skill, Guard Expert α, speeds up Guard Operators' skill Mastery training by 30% when she is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room. Her second base skill, Training Record, increases the byproduct rate of Chip/Chip Pack processing by 70% when Beehunter is assigned to the Workshop.
Overall, Beehunter is a good introduction to the Fighter Guards with good DPS potential who can take on low-DEF enemies and beat them into a pulp, though she can also challenge tougher enemies when properly supported, because Beehunter can't beat the crap out of her foes without getting closer.
