Clear Water is a terrain feature in Arknights.
Overview[]
A patch of pure, unpolluted water, friendly units except Crabbie Pumpies cannot be deployed on Clear Water unless a Custom Floating Platform is deployed over one, while enemies can move (or more accurately, swim) through them. Clear Waters' main purpose is for gathering 
Fresh Water by deploying Crabbie Pumpies over them, at which the Pumpie will generate Fresh Water over time.
It is worth noting that Clear Water are treated as water tiles, thus Ceylon's Lake Walker and Ch'en the Holungday's Vestiges of Vacation talents will be enhanced when they are deployed on operations featuring Deep Water Zones.
