Inferior Fuel[]
All operations award 
Inferior Fuel when cleared, with more being given when the player clears the operation for the first time. Black Ship operations only award Inferior Fuel when cleared for the first time.
Inferior Fuel can be exchanged for various items in the Shack by the Tower.
