Courier is a 4★ Pioneer Vanguard who specializes in Defense and DP-Recovery, and available in the Credit Store with five additional copies of him available (for the purpose of giving out 
Courier's Token) as the player spends more 
Credit. As a Pioneer Vanguard, Courier has high HP and DEF and can block two enemies; he is more oriented in defensive due to his better DEF.
Courier's main strength is his skills which represent both his specializations to generate DP for the team and withstand attacks that could overwhelm other Vanguards:
- The first skill, Charge β, is an intermediate DP recovery skill that automatically generates 9 DP every time it is fully charged. Charge β is best used in Annihilation where DP does not automatically recover and the operation is expected to run for a long time.
- The second skill, Command - Defense, generates 3 DP when activated and 8 DP over 15 seconds during which Courier's DEF is buffed. Command - Defense allows Courier to keep his enemies at bay by withstanding their attacks while simultaneously generating DP that helps the player in the long run.
Courier's talent, Karlan Patrol, buffs his DEF when he is blocking two or more enemies, which synergizes well with Command - Defense to allow Courier to last longer on the field.
Courier's PRO-X Operator Module, Low Temperature Resistant Communication Equipment, increases is ATK and DEF by 8% when he is blocking enemies, in addition to increasing his maximum HP and DEF; once upgraded, Karlan Patrol's DEF buff is enhanced.
Courier's first base skill, Karlan Commercial α, increases Trading Posts' order acquisition rate by 15% and order limit by one when he is assigned to one. His second base skill, Courier, increases clue search rate by 10% and makes Karlan Commercial clues easier to acquire when Courier is assigned to the Reception Room.
Overall, Courier is a solid Pioneer Vanguard who thrives as part of a team since his higher defensive capability and DP generation allows him to hold the line well until his fellow Operators are deployed to finish the job.
