The Crabbie Pumpie is a deployable device in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights, which costs 10 
to produce.
Crabbie Pumpies can only be deployed on Clear Water tiles, at which they will periodically generate 
Fresh Water. Since Fresh Water is one of the most important resources in R.A., the player should prioritize producing Crabbie Pumpies and use them whenever they have the chance, and be sure to protect them from enemy harassment.
