The Elite Sniper Prisoner is a normal enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Mansfield Break.
Description
- An inmate experienced at using handmade ranged weapons. Though far from a master in Originium Arts, his arrows are already extremely dangerous.
- Starts imprisoned. When imprisoned, ASPD is reduced. Freed after a few attacks. After being freed, gains increased ATK while attacks instead deal Arts damage; prioritizes attacking Imprisonment Devices
