Enforcer is a 5★ Push Stroker Specialist who specializes in Shift and Crowd-Control, and the welfare Operator of Guide Ahead, awarded by completing the Notarial Tasks mission which requires the player to clear GA-5 with his Operator Tokens ( Enforcer's Token) available in Lateranian Desserts for 200 , 240 , 280 , 320 , 360 . Unlike other Operators, Enforcer can be deployed on both melee and ranged tiles, and being a Push Stroker Specialist, his attacks hit multiple enemies equal to his block count (despite what is stated in-game, Enforcer does not need to block the enemies for his attacks to hit them; the enemies just need to be within his attack range) like that of Centurion Guards.

As a Push Stroker Specialist, Enforcer's skills act as core to his playstyle, and both of them are automatically activated, making them easier to use:

  • The first skill, Deterring Shot, makes Enforcer's attack push the target (and only the target) towards the attack's direction with a force of 0 that is improved to 1 at Level 4 and 2 at Mastery 3, and temporarily stuns them in the event the victim comes in contact with a high ground tile.
  • The second skill, Staggering Shot, pushes all enemies within a range of 2 tiles ahead of Enforcer with a force of 1 that is improved to 2 at Level 7 and 3 at Mastery 3, and temporarily stun them which lasts longer if the victims come in contact with a high ground tile, and if the victims collide with other enemies, they will be temporarily stunned too.

Enforcer's talent, Precise Aim, causes his attacks to ignore some of the victim's DEF if they have a weight of 3 or more.

Enforcer's PUS-X Operator Module, Heaven, Here, Now, refunds half of his DP cost when he is deployed on ranged tiles, in addition to increasing his maximum HP and ATK; once upgraded, Precise Aim's DEF ignore is increased.

Enforcer's base skill, Clue Search α, increases the clue search rate by 10% when he is assigned to the Reception Room. At Elite 2, Clue Search α becomes Logical Deduction which speeds up the clue search rate further to 35% but increases his morale drain rate by 2 per hour.

As with other Push Stroker Specialists, Enforcer is more of a situational rather than a core Operator; he typically only saw usage in operations where environmental kills by pushing enemies into their oblivion are possible. However, since his skills stun the victims if they touch ranged tiles or sometimes each other, he can be useful to provide some means of crowd control.

Pros Cons
  • Can be deployed on both melee and ranged tiles
  • Attacks hit multiple enemies equal to block count, similar to Centurion Guards
  • Both skills push enemies away from Enforcer, which can be used to stall enemies or score environmental kills, and stun the victims if they collide with a ranged tile
  • Staggering Shot stuns the victims if they collide with high ground tiles and collides with other enemies
  • Precise Aim causes attacks against enemies with 3 or higher weight to ignore some DEF
  • Welfare Operator; accessible and Potential can be easily maxed out
  • Can only be obtained during Guide Ahead, but players who missed the event will have the opportunity to obtain Enforcer at the rerun and later, through Record Restoration
  • Deterring Shot can only hit one target at a time
  • Like most shift sources, Enforcer's skills need to be upgraded to Mastery 3 for full effectiveness, which requires extensive resource investment
