The Equipment Activation Valve is a Special EC Unit in the Stationary Security Service game mode of Arknights.
When the Valve is deployed, the Operator in its range will receive two Tactical Equipments of their corresponding class. The Valve has no effect on Medic B, Specialist A, Supporter A and B, and Vanguard B due to their on-deployment effects; using the Valve on them will waste it!
