Faust acts as the main boss of Episode 05 alongside Mephisto and one of the bosses in Episode 06.

Description

A Sniper who is one of Reunion's squad leaders, often working in tandem with Mephisto. He uses extremely long-range attacks to inflict devastating physical damage. He is known to occasionally use special attacks such as summoning turret-like ballistae or launching highly destructive bolts.

Cannot be blocked and gains invulnerability for a period of time; May attack with a special bolt dealing double damage; Regularly activates hidden turrets around the battlefield.

Faust is a difficult foe to deal with, as his attacks deal high damage and can hit targets anywhere on the map, as well as being unblockable. His abilities further compound Faust's threat:

  • Invulnerable for 150 seconds (120 at Level 1) after spawning, indicated by Faust's obscured body.
  • Spawn Turret(s) around the map 15 seconds from when Faust spawns and every 30 seconds afterwards (every 45 seconds from when he spawns at Level 1), prioritizing those closest to his position. The number of Turrets spawned in each use varies, at least one and at most five.
  • A "crack shot" telegraphed by Faust taking aim while standing instead of crouching with his eyes glowing red and firing a purple bolt which deals double damage (2.5× damage at Level 1) with a cooldown of 17 seconds (30 seconds at Level 1) or after every fourth (sixth at Level 1) action (attacking and spawning Turrets) from when Faust spawns.

Faust cannot use his Turret spawning ability on FA-7 and Breeze: Cannon-Crossbow Circle-Net due to the lack of Turrets, and Deserted Factory when the "Faust: Piercing Bolt" Contract is not used.
