Overview

Franka is a 5★ Dreadnought Guard who specializes in DPS and Survival. As a Dreadnought Guard, Franka has high HP and ATK, but low DEF and can only block a single enemy.

Franka is capable of delivering armor-piercing attacks with her talent Thermite Blade which gives her attacks a 10% (20% at Elite 2) chance to ignore the victim's DEF,^{[note 1]} making her a good option to counter enemies with high DEF and RES such as Guerrilla Shieldguards and Dublinn Heavy Defenders. Her skills improves Franka's DPS and ensures that her foes will eventually fall before her rapier:

The first skill, Swift Strike γ, is an advanced ATK and ASPD buff that can be useful to deliver sustained DPS.
The second skill, Vorpal Edge, buffs Franka's ATK and multiplies the chance to trigger Thermite Blade by 2.5 times (to 25%, or 50% at Elite 2), but reduces her DEF to 0 while active. Vorpal Edge turns Franka into a literal "glass cannon" who can inflict massive damage but cannot take as much, especially from hard-hitting enemies, but being able to trigger Thermite Blade more often allows Franka to usually defeat the enemies before they could seriously hurt her.

Franka's DRE-X Operator Module, Cutting Edge Thermite Unit, increases the damage she dealt when attacking enemies that are being blocked to 1.15×, in addition to increasing her maximum HP and ATK; once upgraded, Thermite Blade's proc chance is increased.

Franka's first base skill, Guard Expert α (Guard Expert β at Elite 2), speeds up the skill Mastery training of Guard Operators by 30% (50% Guard Expert β) for when Franka is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room. Her second base skill,^{[note 2]} Clue Search α, increases clue search speed by 10% when she is assigned to the Reception Room. At Elite 2, it becomes B.P.R.S which also makes Blacksteel clues easier to obtain.

Overall, Franka is a good Dreadnought Guard whose searing rapier is capable of piercing even the sturdiest of armor, making her use viable in operations that feature enemies with high mixed defenses.
