Pushing herself to the limit for a last stand against Rhodes Island during Reunion's retreat from Lungmen, FrostNova acts as the final boss of Episode 06 under the name FrostNova, "Winter's Scar" (hence referred to as the Winter's Scar to distinguish her from the original FrostNova).

Description

Leader of the Yeti Squadron, she has released the remainder of what little life force she has left in preparation for the final battle. The biting cold of the land has already been released; are we truly prepared to make an enemy out of it?

Normal attacks and Ice Novas inflict Arts damage and cause the Cold effect on affected targets; Ice Nova deals double damage to Frozen targets; FrostNova is temporarily invulnerable during her second form, and her attacks and skills are more powerful.

The Winter's Scar lives up to her prowess and status with her greater HP and DEF compared to the original FrostNova, as well as her altered and enhanced abilities which can potentially annihilate even a prepared formation:

  • The Winter's Scar's attacks and Ice Nova inflicts Cold for 5 seconds, allowing her to potentially cripple or disable friendly units in her path.
  • The Ice Nova will be used when a friendly unit is in a radius of 2 tiles around the Winter's Scar and deals double damage to Frozen targets (including in the event the Ice Nova Freezes one), but has a longer cooldown of 10.5 seconds.
  • The terrain freeze attack has a longer cooldown of 35 seconds.
  • The self-revive takes longer (10 seconds) and the Winter's Scar have the following additional properties in the second phase:
    • Invulnerable for 20 seconds (25 seconds at Level 1), indicated by a yellow aura surrounding her.
    • Additional Originium Ice Crystals (with the amount differs on each operation) will be spawned; the tiles where they will spawn are marked by a "T" symbol.
    • The Ice Nova's radius is increased to 3.3 tiles but has a noticeably longer wind-up time of ~5 seconds.
    • The terrain freeze attack targets one additional tile for a total of three (four at Level 1) tiles.
