Gavial the Great Chief Returns (RI), also known as simply The Great Chief Returns, is the sixth major event and fifth Side Story in Arknights. It also includes the first Integrated Strategies event, Ceobe's Fungimist.

Mechanical Parts
All RI operations award 
Mechanical Parts when cleared, with more being given when the player clears the operation for the first time. Gavial's Footprints operations only awards Mechanical Parts when cleared for the first time.
Mechanical Parts can be exchanged for various items in the Inam Committee.
The best Great Chief's Path operations to farm Mechanical Parts are RI-6, RI-7, and RI-8 due to their high 
Orirock Cluster, 
Sugar Pack, and 
RMA70-12 drop rates, respectively.

The Brave's Trials rewards can be claimed until March 18, 2021.

Inam Committee
To buy all items with limited stock from the Inam Committee, the player must spend 5219 .
The Brave's Trials give up to 900 while first clear rewards of RI operations give up to 940 , thus requiring the player to farm an additional 3379 from RI operations.
The Inam Committee is open until March 18, 2021.
