Usage[]
An ID card issued by the Kazimierz General Chamber of Commerce which grants immediate access to the K.G.C.C.'s office and other VIP services, having the General Chamber ID Card will allow the player to access NL-S-1.
Acquisition[]
The General Chamber ID Card are awarded from the Prestige system in Near Light, specifically by raising the player's Prestige level with the K.G.C.C. to Appreciated.
