Etched Bullet Casing when cleared, with more being given when the player clears the operation for the first time. Road to the Shrine operations only award Etched Bullet Casings when cleared for the first time.
Etched Bullet Casings can be exchanged for various items in Lateranian Desserts.
The best GA operations to farm Etched Bullet Casings are GA-6, GA-7, and GA-8 due to their high 
Sugar Pack, 
Loxic Kohl, and 
Coagulating Gel drop rates, respectively.
