The Lungmenite Perro named Ko Hei-sing was originally a security guard of a company who was fired due to his rather friendly yet timid character. In the midst of his misery and hunger, he coincidentally encountered Mr. Lee and was brought under the care of the Lee's Detective Agency. Within Mr. Lee's close-knit "family," Ko plays the role as their chef thanks to his cooking skill and a guardian for young Waai Fu and Aak.

As part of the Agency's partnership with Rhodes Island, Ko has been acting as its defensive combatant under the codename "Hung". In the meantime, not only he is active in R.I.'s kitchen, but also, he serves as a reminder for Aak's crazy mind. Who doesn't love this big, friendly "big brother?"

Gameplay[]

Hung is a 5★ Guardian Defender who specializes in Defense and Healing (obviously). As a Guardian Defender, Hung can block two enemies by default, or three when promoted to Elite 1, and has innate RES but lower HP and DEF than Protector Defenders. As with most Defenders, Hung has a very short attack range of the tile he was on.

Hung's main strength is his skills, which allows him to provide frontline medical support to other Operators though both are somewhat hampered by the fact that they have defensive SP recovery:

  • The first skill, Treatment Countermeasure, makes Hung heal a friendly unit in the surrounding tiles instead of attacking by a larger portion of his ATK (from Level 2 onwards) when it is fully charged.
  • The second skill, Medical Mode Countermeasure, turns Hung into a fully-fledged Medic; while active, he will heal friendlies in the surrounding tiles instead of attacking enemies as well as adding 1 SP to the friendly unit healed this way, and his ATK and DEF are also buffed. However, Hung's attack interval is increased, so he won't be able to perform just as well as Medical Medics, especially due to the shorter healing range.

Hung's talent, Gatekeeper, slightly buffs his DEF; when he is promoted to Elite 2, Gatekeeper also increases the amount of healing received on the friendly unit behind him if they are deployed on a ranged tile, which synergizes well with Medics and allowing ranged Operators to last longer.

Hung's GUA-Y Operator Module, Popular Sitcom Tapes, reduces the damage he took by 15%, which applies to all three types of damage (Physical, Arts, and Pure), in addition to increasing his maximum HP and DEF; once upgraded, Gatekeeper's DEF buff is increased.

Hung's first base skill, Skillful Craftsman, increases the byproduct rate of any material processing by 50% when he is assigned to the Workshop. His second base skill, Adamantly Easygoing, reduces the morale drain rate of Operators assigned to the Control Center by 0.05 per hour when Hung is assigned to the Control Center, which is increased to. 0.25/hour when Lee's Detective Agency Operators (Aak, Lee, and Waai Fu) are assigned to it as well.

Overall, Hung is a good Guardian Defender who can both tanking enemy attacks and healing his injured allies simultaneously, as well as providing a limited support to himself and bolstering his own defense.

Pros Cons
  • Can heal friendly units with Treatment Countermeasure and Medical Mode Countermeasure
  • Gatekeeper provides a slight DEF buff and improves the healing received by the friendly unit behind Hung if they are deployed on a ranged tile
  • Medical Mode Countermeasure gives 1 SP to healed Operators
  • Both skills have defensive SP recovery, making them slow to charge outside combat
  • Can easily get overwhelmed when more damage is received to charge skills than the amount skills heal for
