The artworks for all characters, whether Operators (along with their respective skins) and NPCs, in Arknights are done by various illustrators who are commissioned or contracted by Hypergryph under the oversight of Studio Montagne, the game's secondary developer responsible for the graphics. Most of Arknights' illustrators are also known for their contribution to other animanga-styled gacha games such as Girls' Frontline and Azur Lane.
