Battle Records give EXP to Operators at the cost of 
LMD that scales on the Operator's level and promotion; the higher the Operator's level and/or promotion, the more expensive it is for them to use Battle Records; see EXP (Operator) for more information.
Tactical Drill operations are the most efficient place to obtain Battle Records.
