• Her Kanji codename is actually the transliteration of the Japanese word for mica (Hiragana: きらら). This is testified by her real name as Kirara which is based on the said mineral. The Kanji transliteration of her codename simply means "beautiful" with her first kanji name meaning "beauty" and the second one "good."
• Kirara has the traits of a mimic octopus (Thaumoctopus mimicus). A mimic octopus in bluish color scheme, identical to part of Kirara's attire, is present in her Elite 2 artwork.
  • Mimic octopus possesses light brown color which is similar with that of mica, hence her name.
• In her Trendsetting Player outfit, Kirara is shown playing a video game whose UI is identical to that of Monster Hunter.
  • Her AMB-X Operator Module shows a dragon-like creature in the game screen which similar to a Barioth.
• Along with Pudding and Specter (the Unchained), Kirara is the only Infected Aegir.
