The Leithanian Whisperer is a normal enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Twilight of Wolumonde.
Description
- An Arts user commonly seen throughout Leithanien. They attack using Arts, and will cast on L-44 "Gramophones" within their attack range to attempt to seize control of them.
- Continuously casts at the nearest non-enemy controlled "Gramophone" within attack range to attempt to seize control of it.

A Leithanian Caprinae insurgent caster, Leithanian Whisperers have a surprisingly long attack range meant to support their ability to "contest" a friendly or neutral L-44 Gramophone within their attack range by "leashing" them for 25 seconds, during which its SP will be drained at the rate of 2 SP per second, and has a cooldown of 5 seconds from when the Whisperer spawns and 15 seconds afterwards. Since Gramophones will turn hostile should their SP reaches 0, making them attack friendlies and heal enemies, it is imperative to take out Leithanian Whisperers before they can start contesting one, especially since they are surprisingly immune to being Stunned.
