Manfred acts as the main boss of Episode 10.

Description

A young Sarkaz general, member of the Military Commission of Kazdel. After enlisting a large number of mercenaries in Londinium, he has assembled and trained a brand new type of fighting force. His Arts Unit "Teekazwurtzen" was bestowed upon him by Theresis, the Regent of Kazdel, who also taught him the swordsmanship he now employs.

Uses his floating cannon to inflict Arts damage; Upon firing, floating cannon will charge up Londinium Secondary Defense Artillery. [Focus] Continuously gains ASPD when attacking the same target (this effect is capped), rapidly decaying when switching targets or not attacking for a few seconds; [Military Training] Has high Physical and Arts dodge, but after being bombarded by the City Defense Artillery, temporarily loses this dodge effect and is stunned for a few seconds; [From Withered Trunk, New Branches] When defeated for the first time, randomly attacks all targets on the battlefield with his floating cannon, greatly accelerating the charge rate of Londinium Secondary Defense Artillery; In his second form, draws his sword alongside his floating cannon to perform simultaneous Physical and Arts attacks.

Manfred boasts high HP, powerful attacks, and serviceable defenses that are bolstered by multiple abilities which enhance his offensive and defensive prowess, as well as giving him potentially deadly synergy with the Londinium Secondary Defense Artillery.

  • Manfred initially uses the Teekazwurtzen which carries out ranged Arts attacks that deals half of his ATK and increases the Artillery meter by 3 with each hit.
  • Focus: Each time Manfred damages a friendly unit with his basic attack, his ASPD is increased by 60 (signified by red arrows appearing around him), which can stack up to +300 but will be lost if Manfred switches targets or does not attack for 6 seconds.
  • Military Training: Manfred can dodge Physical and Arts attacks 80% at the time, which will be disabled for 30 seconds when he is struck by the Artillery that also Stuns him for 8 seconds; Manfred is surrounded by a red aura while Military Training is active.
  • From Withered Trunk, New Branches: When his HP reaches 0 for the first time, Manfred will survive and revive himself over 20 seconds, during which he is invulnerable and disabled while the Teekazwurtzen attacks a random friendly anywhere on the map every 0.8 seconds, dealing 0.3× of Manfred's ATK. In addition, the Teekazwurtzen's attacks increase the Artillery meter by 6 in each hit from this point.
  • Once From Withered Trunk, New Branches ends, the Teekazwurtzen returns to Manfred as he revives and enters his second phase (indicated by him drawing his sword) with the following properties:
    • Invulnerable for 5 seconds.
    • Manfred now uses a ranged Physical attack by slashing his sword from a short distance, at which the Teekazwurtzen also attacks in tandem with him in a similar manner to Mech-Accord Casters.
