Description
- All friendly units have +2 DP Cost.
- The crazed Caster of the tower organized a special banquet. All the guests who were present at the reception hall out of courtesy became witnesses when the curtain rose.
Effect[]
Increases the DP cost of friendly units by 2.
The player must have the Mantle of the Condemned to obtain the 
Stand-in Actor by clearing the Dreadful Foe in the 3rd floor and, together with it, for the "A Gathering of Followers" Encounter where the 
Abrupt Realization is obtained to appear.

- SPOILER
The Mantle of the Condemned may be obtained from the "Attending a Banquet" Encounter, which will only appear in the following runs after the player had completed a run with the Ridiculous Comedy ending.
