The Mass-Produced "Perpetrator" is an elite enemy in Arknights. They first appears in Lone Trail.
Description
- An assault machine developed under the oversight of Volvort Kochinski. Equipped with an advanced power unit, it deals heavy impact damage to enemies through hardened armor and very high speeds.
- Can only be blocked by allies with 3 or more Block; When passing through an Operator, deals Physical damage proportional to its Movement Speed
Overview[]
An assault breaching vehicle developed by Volvort Kochinski for the Columbian Union Army, Mass-Produced "Perpetrators" are sturdy and resilient due to their high HP and DEF, in addition to significant ATK which allows them to break through defenses, although their hull does not protect them from Arts damage.
Not only Perpetrators being counted as three enemies when blocked, but they will also deal Physical damage to friendly units upon passing through them equal to ([800 × current speed] + 40% ATK), allowing them to plow right through unprepared Operators especially if sped up in any way.
