Mizuki may look like an innocent and honest boy at first glance...
Mizuki is a Higashinese Aegir hailing from a remote coastal village that was raided by bandits. In the midst of the chaos, the unconscious boy was rescued by a mysterious old man who would later adopt him and raise him up to be a talented young chef. Under his guidance, Mizuki is able to cook excellent dishes that, while indeed delicious and nutritious, could make an average person uneasy at the sight of it. In order to taste the local cuisine there, Mizuki took part in the 8th Dossoles Warrior Championship where he befriended Ch'en and later joined Rhodes Island to follow her footsteps.

...but a grand destiny that would determine the existence or extinction of all Terra awaits him
Despite his cute appearance and honest attitude, R.I. is suspicious to Mizuki due to his vague background with some being outright fabrication. His neural power does not involve Originium Arts, but instead a manifestation of some "biological traits." And lo and behold, Mizuki is actually an Aegir-Seaborn hybrid created by his adopter who turned out to be Cicero, one of the leading bishops of the insidious Church of the Deep, who fed him food infused with Seaborn cells. Over a long time, his biology has completely altered into a true Seaborn despite retaining a human body, but to Cicero, Mizuki is a new hope for the Seaborn as the young boy prefers pacifistic methods to handle his kin and would likely guide them into coexisting peacefully with the Terrans when given the chance.
Mizuki is a supporting character in Dossoles Holiday and the main character of Mizuki & Caerula Arbor, the third theme of Integrated Strategies.
