Phantom, forced to assume his old self through the Crimson Troupe's brainwashing at the time, acts as a boss enemy in the Integrated Strategies game mode where he is one of the possible final bosses of Phantom & Crimson Solitaire under the name Lucian, "Blood Diamond".

Description

Calamity of the Crimson Troupe, codename Phantom. Once the rising star of the troupe, the unfinished masterpiece of the troupe leader. Even after his fallout with the troupe and subsequent descent into insanity, he still keeps the name "Blood Diamond".

Drains 30 Objective HP when entering the Objective Point; Has a chance to dodge Physical and Arts attacks when not blocked. When blocked, swiftly moves behind the target and leaves an [Ominous Apparition] at the original location; Uses skills to deal Physical damage to the surrounding area; Attacks and skills ignore a certain amount of armor and inflict Nervous Impairment.

As the bane of the Crimson Troupe, Lucian the Blood Diamond possesses extremely high HP and ATK alongside solid defenses; combined with his array of unique abilities, he makes for a difficult foe to take down.

  • Lucian's attacks inflict Nervous Impairment build-up equal to 20% of his ATK.
  • All damage dealt by Lucian ignores 40% of the victims' DEF.
  • While not blocked, Lucian can dodge Physical and Arts attacks 40% at the time.
  • A "blink" ability similar to Crownslayer's where Lucian dashes 1.5 tiles through a unit blocking him and spawns an Ominous Apparition at his original position, with a cooldown of 10 seconds from when he spawns and every 15 seconds afterwards.
  • A special attack where Lucian releases a pulse that deals Physical damage and inflicts Nervous Impairment build-up equal to 80% and 20% of his ATK, respectively, to friendly units in a radius of 2 tiles around him, with a cooldown of 5 seconds from when he spawns and every 10 seconds afterwards.

Lucian will deduct no less than 30 Life Points if he manages to enter a Protection Objective, which will cause the player to instantly fail the run unless they have at least 31 Life Points when this happens!
