Overview[]
Regressed Founders are identical to Nethersea Founders, only differing in leaving behind a Remains upon being defeated to facilitate The Endspeaker, Will of We Many's Consume ability; if The Endspeaker Consumes the Regressed Founder's Remains, it will receive the Directed Evolution property of having its RES increased by 60.
