The Rioter Leader is a normal enemy in Arknights.
Description
- An enemy combatant of unknown identity, more dangerous than a normal Thug. They are often found wherever there is turmoil and unrest. They wear a face mask to conceal their identity and use haphazardly-made weapons to engage in melee combat. These weapons are usually associated with riots.
