The Rockbreaker Leader is an elite enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Heart of Surging Flame.
Description
- A melee soldier. They are more dangerous than normal Rockbreakers, They use standard-issue tactical axes to inflict heavy damage to their targets. Proceed with caution.
- Gains greatly increased RES when blocked.

Rockbreaker Leaders are the upgraded version of Rockbreakers with increased stats and RES buff when blocked to 90, making Arts damage all but ineffective.
