The Sandcastle Builder is a normal enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Ideal City.

Description

A Durin who has made a hobby out of building sandcastles. He despises those who would kick up the waters of the artificial lake, and so he installed an Arts Unit onto his construction tool.

A Zeruertzan Durin who spends his spare time building sand castles in the Aquapit beaches and wields a shovel with an integrated Arts Unit meant to drive off people playing in the water (and risk damaging his sand castles), Sandcastle Builders use a ranged Arts attack with low ATK but long attack range and short attack interval, allowing them to inflict serious damage from great distances far outside the reach of Casters and Snipers.
