The Sargonian Contract Assassin is an elite enemy in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights. They are featured in Fire Within the Sand.
Description
- A Sargonian assassin available for hire. Extremely agile with their unusual footwork. If the pay is generous enough, they are also willing to take on non-assassination work at their own discretion, and charge by the hour.
- Invisible; blinks forward a short distance when blocked
Overview[]
A hitman who serves the highest bidder, notably Ibut's Lord Ameer, known for their dexterity and expensive service charges, the Sargonian Contract Assassin boasts significant HP and high RES, although their DEF is lacking. While their ATK is unremarkable, they make up for it by possessing a very short attack interval that allows them to quickly dispatch friendly units with low DEF, especially ranged units (despite their description claiming they only have a melee attack).
In addition, the Contract Assassin is invisible (although they are still detectable through the Fog of War) and can dash past the friendly unit blocking them similarly to Crownslayer with a cooldown of 15 seconds. This makes Contract Assassins difficult to be detected and beaten without detection or burst damage sources.
