The Sarkaz Guerrilla Caster is an elite enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Episode 07.
Description
- A Sarkaz Caster who supports Patriot but cannot understand the special terminology of their guerilla operations. The Sarkaz ritual maintained by the Sarkaz Originium Altars will not damage them, instead strengthening their bodies and converting their attacks into Arts damage.
- Does not attack; Casts Arts periodically, dealing Arts damage equivalent to ATK to all surrounding units. When coming into contact with a Pulse Wave, this unit instead takes no damage and gains increased Attack Range.

A Sarkaz caster fighting for Patriot's Guerrillas, Sarkaz Guerrilla Casters sets themselves apart from other Caster-type enemies not only by their stats courtesy of their years of combat experience and military training and the Sarkaz's martial prowess, but also by casting an Arts shockwave every 5 seconds instead of attacking which deals Arts damage equal to their ATK to friendlies in a radius of 1.5 tiles around them. In addition, Sarkaz Guerrilla Casters take no damage from Originium Altars' Pulse Waves and their Arts shockwaves' radius will be extended to 2.5 tiles should they are hit by one, allowing Sarkaz Guerrilla Casters to hit more targets with their Arts shockwaves and can pose a problem to tightly bunched friendly units.
Since Sarkaz Guerrilla Casters have no attack, as mentioned above, they are unable to destroy Roadblocks in the event one is deployed on top of them, which can be exploited to separate Sarkaz Guerrilla Casters from other enemies or keeping them away from Originium Altars.
