Description
- Advanced armored vehicle employing Victorian steam technology, even more dangerous when it has taken damage. Virtually unstoppable when it is on a rampage.
- When HP drops to 50%, ASPD and Movement Speed are greatly increased, and becomes immune to most control effects.
