Overview[]
A Shanhaizhong member responsible for relaying messages to others through an enclosed communication method, Shanhaizhong Relayers have below-average stats, but will deploy a Shanhaizhong Cipher Machine on the first unoccupied Yumen Catastrophe Defense they passed through unless if the Relayer is blocked while on it. Since the Cipher Machines provide a stacking ASPD and speed buff for all enemies, it is advisable to destroy any of them as soon as possible or prevent the Relayer from reaching vacant Catastrophe Defenses.
