The Shanhaizhong Seer is an elite enemy in Arknights. They first appears in Where Vernal Winds Will Never Blow.
Description
- Shanhaizhong members who can cast strange Arts. They superstitiously believe in those huge beings, shouting "the mounts, seas, and all in between shall be our master's" while displaying a fraction of that "divine power."
- Attacks inflict Arts damage; continuously locks on to a target and inflicts a large burst of Arts damage after the channel completes, gaining increased ASPD afterwards
Overview[]
A Shanhaizhong devotee and caster who makes use of esoteric Arts bestowed by the Feranmuts, Shanhaizhong Seers have fairly high HP to back up their Arts attacks, although their defenses are somewhat lacking.
However, the Seer has a special attack where they lock on to a target within range and, after charging up for 5 seconds, deal Arts damage equal to twice their ATK towards the target and increases their ASPD by 100 for 20 seconds, which can allow them to swiftly overwhelm targets with rapid-fire Arts. The special attack will be used 10 seconds after the Seer spawns and every 35 seconds after.
