The Shoddy Flashbang is a Haywire EC Unit in the Stationary Security Service game mode of Arknights, introduced in the mode's second rework and available in the Emergency Resupply mode of Under-Construction Dossoles Plate where there are three of them in the Preparation Area; the Shoddy Flashbang will never be among the units in the Deployment Waiting Zone at the start of an operation.
Should a Shoddy Flashbang is ever transferred into the Deployment Waiting Zone, it will trigger a disorienting flash that Stuns all friendly units on ranged tiles for a short time, which can be problematic if the player uses ranged Operators as their core units. What's worse, once the Shoddy Flashbang is triggered, it will be taken into the Recuperation Area instead of being removed outright like Heat Clusters, allowing it to start the cycle of disorientation over and over again!
Shoddy Flashbangs can only be get rid of by using Reassignment Transmitters to remove them from the available units for the operation.
