The "Street Layabout" is a normal enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Lingering Echoes.
Description
- Armed militants disguised as Infected, they are well-acquainted with the local situation. They look no different from ordinary Infected and easily blend into the crowd.
- When attacking targets outside of Realigned Flux, deals a certain percentage of Arts damage

An Caprinae assailant working for the Witch King's loyalists under the guise of a Vyseheimer Infected, Street Layabouts will deal an additional instance of Arts damage equal to 40% of their ATK when attacking friendlies not linked with Realigned Fluxes, making it imperative to link them with one to prevent Layabouts from causing serious damage.
