Despite Under Tides being released as a Gift of the Deep Ones event in the Global server, the Song of the Sea Headhunting Permit's image shows "2nd Anniversary" as in the CN server, which is most likely an oversight.
"Summer Stars" is written on the Breaking Waves Headhunting Permit in CN instead of Global's "2nd Anniversary".
All following limited Headhunting Permits no longer include Anniversary labels, possibly to accomodate the different schedulings of Arknights servers.
