• She is one of the three, technically four, operators who are based on an extinct animal. The others are her normal version Texas, Lappland, and Passenger.
• Omertoso (feminine omertosa) is an Italian term that means "being reticent because of a conspiracy of silence."
  • In the Il Siracusano event teaser, Texas presses a finger to her lips in a quieting gesture to Sora, in a possible reference to her alter's title.
• Texas the Omertosa is the first alter Operator whose original version (Texas) has more than one outfit (Winter Messenger and Willpower).
  • If the player have both the aforementioned outfits, they will receive two Outfit Voucher when the Omertosa is released.
  • The Omertosa is also the last alternate Operator who merits Outfit Voucher upon release.
• Interestingly, all of the Omertosa's skills' names have some relations with rain, referring to Siracusa's rainy season. And unlike the rest of the servers, her skills' names in the JP server are directly translated into Italian:
  • Her first skill, Pioviggine, means light drizzle.
  • Her second skill, Acquazzone, means a sudden downpour.
  • Her third skill, Rovescio, means a brief but very heavy rain.
