The Uprising Instigator is an elite enemy in Arknights. They first appear in Episode 12.
Description
- Agitators who stayed in the blockaded area and willing to spread panicking messages, allowing the panicked masses to break through the protectors' defense line by themselves, and brought down the hostile forces from within.
- When not blocked, all unidentified Civilians and Agents cannot be blocked
Overview[]
A Sarkaz(?) provocateur who tries to incite the Norporters into breaking through the Rhodes Island-Glasgow security checkpoints by force, Uprising Instigators boast high HP and RES which allow them to soak heavy punishment from Arts damage, in addition to having a moderately damaging melee Arts attack, although their DEF is lacking. To compound this, all Civilians and Agents that are not yet confirmed and compromised, respectively will become unblockable as long as the Instigator is present, preventing the player from identifying them through blocking and potentially causing unexpected leaks. As such, the Instigator must be the priority target and taken out with concentrated Physical damage.
