The Whispers of the Shallows is a Collectible in Ceobe's Fungimist.
Description
- All enemy units have +8% ATK, DEF, and Max HP; 4-star and above Operators cost +1 Hope when recruited.
- A flower commonly found on the cliffs near the seas in Iberia. This one, however, is stained with colors that defy common sense. Listen to its whispers, the way it rejects hope, and know that even flowers and plants succumb to madness.
Effect[]
Increases the HP, ATK, and DEF of enemies by 8%, and the 
Hope needed to recruit 4★ or higher Operators by 1.
Acquisition[]
The Whispers of the Shallows is one of the four random "cursed" Collectibles given upon starting a Treacherous Road run, the others being 
Demonblood, 
Frozen Claw, and 
Witch King's Twishorn. As such, the player must have completed a Joyous Wandering or Outfitted Attendance run first before the Whispers of the Shallows can be obtained.
